Rebecca A. Sandberger
Chief Legal and Risk Officer

Rebecca Sandberger is the Chief Legal and Risk Officer of Blue Healthcare Bank. She is responsible for managing legal matters and risk control.

Ms. Sandberger spent the first nine years of her career at premier international corporate law firms in the practice areas of general corporate, finance and banking, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity transactions, and regulatory compliance with banking and securities laws. Upon leaving private practice, Ms. Sandberger spent the next four years as Associate General Counsel at The University of Utah and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Associated Regional and University Pathologists (ARUP Laboratories), providing a wide range of legal services. Ms. Sandberger joined Blue Healthcare Bank in August 2006.

Ms. Sandberger has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University and a Juris Doctorate from Brigham Young University.
